A Sad, Sad, Sad story

This is how you break a parent's heart: you take your children to the clinic's office for shots and you watch your daughter huddle in the corner saying "I don't want to, I don't want to,....", and then have to physically hold her (along with 2 other nurses) while they put the needle into her arm (the third one that day).

I just have to keep reminding myself that the alternative, which is being REALLY sick, is worse than the shots. At least we don't have to go back now for a couple of weeks :)

On the plus side, some of the details for us leaving for Nepal are finally falling into place! We will be leaving for Toronto the middle of October, and then it won't be long after that when we should be able to fly across the ocean to Nepal!

Faith likes to stand in front of her mirror and dance and say "Zasoo, zeela, zooofah. Mommy, I'm speaking spanish for the people in Nepal!"
